Mickey Mouse, Wine, and the Power of Social Networks
In February of this year I attended Rich Schefren's New Beginnings event at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, where one of the guest speakers was Wine Library TV’s Gary Vaynerchuk
Gary was the last speaker of the entire conference and I had no idea who he was before this. I had a shuttle bus I needed to catch to the airport in order to make a 7:30 flight so I only planned on watching the first 15 mins of his presentation.
Well I ended up missing my shuttle, spending $50 on a cab instead and arriving at my gate as the plane was boarding - but it was definately worth it.
This guy contradicted just about everything all the other top marketers in the world had told us over the past 2 days in his first 15 mins on stage. I just couldn't leave because I couldn't believe what I was hearing.
Gary's the real deal and I probably wouldn't have even built this site if it hadn't been for what he shared that day.
